(1093 - 1105)

Count of Sicily (1101 - 1105)
Eldest son of Roger de Hauteville, Count of Sicily by his third wife, Adelaide of Savona. He was the older brother of Roger II, King of Sicily.

Simon was aged 8yo when he succeeded his father as Count of Sicily (June 1101). His mother, Adelaide, ruled as Regent, and was devoted to both his and Roger's education.

Simon died whilst still young (28/9/1105) and was succeeded by his brother Roger II.
