Vratislav II

King of Bohemia (1061 - 1092)
Duke then King. He formally moved the Premyslid residence to the Vysehrad and built a dwelling for himself and for a Chapter of clerics.

From here, he issued legal documents (c.1080), guaranteeing the judicial privileges of the resident Italins, Germans and Jews.
